Past Programs Our Team has Created
Designed and operated parking lot shuttle bus services for American, Delta and Midway airlines.
Provided both O’Hare and Midway airports with the design and operation of parking lot and terminal shuttle bus services.
Designed and managed shuttle bus services for the Marriott, Hilton and Renaissance hotels.
Over the years, have had contracts with most of the large associations holding meetings in Chicago to plan and operate their hotel shuttle bus service to the convention center and their airport transportation service to and from the hotels.
Worked with the RTA in designing commuter bus routes form the suburbs into the city.
On an international basis, was contracted by Caterpillar, Inc. to design an airport shuttle service for Moscow’s international airport. Also was contracted by National Express to design an airport shuttle service for Heathrow airport in London.

Research & Analysis
Identify the goals & priorities of the transportation service, determine potential passenger demand, as well as the variables that will impact that demand such as access, hours of operation & frequency of service, & price. Estimate projected cost of program & how it will be paid for.
EVALUATE SERVICE MODELS
Survey participants and understand their transportation needs, evaluate all potential alternatives & their associated risks & benefits. Estimate general cost structure, demand of each option, & capacity limits. Look for partners to offset costs & vendors to fulfill service.
DESIGN & EXECUTE
Craft transportation program that identifies service routes, frequency of service, proposed vehicle types, cleaning, maintenance, & safety protocols, & determines supervisory requirements. Distribute as an RFP to qualified vendors, evaluate proposals, & implement final program.
